The Challenge

TUI used traditional paper based methods and manual scheduling processes for assigning jobs to their field team who were capturing compliance orientated information on inspection jobs at their retail stores.They spent time at various retail locations completing paper based reports and as expected this resulted in an inefficient admin process. These reports were then scanned and sent back to the Head Office, where the information was then manually analysed and then filed on servers. This wasted both valuable time and money, caused issues with delayed compliance reporting or presentation of information to senior management.

The Answer

Klipboard were approached by TUI as they were looking for cloud based Job Management Software to help them manage the scheduling of their retail store inspections, whilst also improving how they collected data for inspection reports on location.

Klipboard's unique form builder presented a viable opportunity to digitalise all the paper forms completed out on site and allow for realtime submission to a cloud web dashboard with reporting and statistical metrics.

Our drop and drag scheduler made assigning inspections to each team member simple and easy to do. Once assigned to a job, the store inspection team could easily access all the information they needed - it was just a tap on the app away.
