Data Upload Responsibilities
Parties: The uploading organisation “you” and Klipboard Limited “Klipboard”.
- Klipboard agrees and warrants:
a) unless otherwise specified in advance, in writing, including email, the uploaded data will only be used, as instructed by you, for populating the Klipboard product with data you have gained in the past
b) not to store the uploaded data except within the Klipboard product
c) to erase any temporary versions of the uploaded data created to facilitate
populating Klipboard product once the Klipboard product has been populated with the uploaded data
- By uploading data, you agree and warrant:
a) you are the data controller
b) unless otherwise specified in advance, in writing, including email, the purpose for uploading the data is for populating the Klipboard product with data you have gained in the past
c) you are legally entitled to use the uploaded data for this purposes
d) the uploaded data has been processed in accordance with the relevant provisions of all data protection law in force
e) you instruct Klipboard to use the uploaded data for the purposes of populating the Klipboard product
