December is always a great month to reflect on the last year and the year ahead. We started this year with a plan to release more innovative features, to grow our customer base worldwide and work hard on retention of our loyal customers.
Through extremely hard work by the team, I am pleased to say we released every one of our planned features this year plus some additional innovations. There has been 150+ updates made to the platform, some large, some small.
We are now in 12 countries helping field service businesses with small and large teams to be more efficient. Most importantly our customer retention rate is 97%, something we are very proud of and will continue to work on. We very much value our loyal customers as we would not be able to do what we love doing without the continued support.
Our mission has remained the same since we launched – to connect the office, mobile worker and customers together using smarter technologies. The continuous transformation and development of our field service management platform has come about through actively listening to the problems faced by those in the industries and executing on solutions to solve them.
What follows are some highlights from the year and just a short reminder of exactly what we do for those that don’t already work with us and also what we have planned in 2020, so that you can consider how our platform can successfully drive your business in 2020 and beyond.

2019 Major Feature Releases
Real Time Tracking
Live Job Status Feed, GPS Location & Time Sheet Tracking. Our live status feed ensures there is visibility of when a team are en-route, arrived, started and completed customer’s jobs. Time spent traveling and at each job along with the associated costs are automatically added to a customer invoice.
Smart background algorithms work out who is available to be selected to join a Team on scheduled jobs. Perfect for project work, installations or jobs that simply require multiple people to know where they have to be and what they have to do.
Multiple Custom Workflow Forms
Multiple mobile workflow forms can easily be added to customer jobs. Workflow forms can be for assessments, audit reports, maintenance records, inspections, surveys or just about any process you can imagine. Perfect for jobs that require a separate Risk Assessment, Job Sheet and Certificate, or basically any combination of workflow forms you can think of!
Enhanced Job Creation
Scheduling and creating jobs for the team has been made faster with the recent update to the design of the job creation process. Add documents, easily access planned maintenance schedules or quickly schedule a reactive maintenance call out, no matter what type of job you can create it with ease.
Early 2020 Planned Feature Releases
Updated Workflow Form Generator
We will be making the custom mobile form generator much easier to use with the introduction of drag and drop and also a preview of how it will look on mobile. No programming or coding will be required to create assessments, audit reports, maintenance records, inspections, surveys or just about any process you can imagine.
Customers will log in to a portal and will be presented with a personalised dashboard showing key metrics for their jobs, quotes, invoices and assets.
SMS Text Messages
Appointment reminders sent over SMS text so customers know what (and who) to expect.
An easy to use integration allowing the incorporation of the smart, time-saving accounting tools from Quickbooks.
