Our free, no obligation, 14 day free trial will enable you to try all the features that Klipboard has to offer. At the end of your trial you can choose the plan that has the features you require and enter payment details to continue with your account. We hope that Klipboard will work for you but if it doesn’t your trial will automatically cancel at the end of the 14 days.

All our subscriptions are either 12 months or 24 months and can be paid annually or monthly. However our annual plans offer a considerable saving of 15% on your subscription.

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any point and you can also add additional subscriptions. Those subscriptions will be calculated pro-rata according to your subscription renewal date.

A subscription is for any team member that needs to access the Klipboard platform. This can be a team member in the office or a team member out in the field or a combination of both. Each team member will require a subscription to access. You can then set permissions as to what is accessible by the team member.

No, we do not charge any setup or onboarding fees on our annual subscription plans which includes customer success and online training sessions. Klipboard is very easy to use and therefore you could also setup and easily configure by yourself if desired.

Yes support is included in your subscription fee. Klipboard support is delivered via our instant chat channel and with a 97% customer retention we are confident that we can look after you too!

Yes. You can import clients, suppliers, asset registers and inventory via Excel template files. We provide templates for these that you simply populate and import using our import tool. If you are using accounting software Xero or Quickbooks these will automatically import your chart of accounts, tax rates, clients and supplier data automatically.
