The Challenge

Recover Green Roofs provide the design and installation of green roofs for commercial, residential and institutional buildings alike. Once installed, the roofs are put onto a scheduled planned maintenance program.They were using Google Documents to manually input data on each project and there were often issues with information not being available to the required team members out in the field whilst working in offline mode.Also to meet their client's demands and keep up with comprehensive planned maintenance schedules, they needed an easy way to manage scheduled jobs and the overall details for a job, such as the required documentation to be completed. Insight and visibility of upcoming planned maintenance on client sites and the allocation of the specific skilled team members was of upmost importance too.Their existing process was taking around 45 minutes a week, inputting all of their data in their jobs sheets. These and other larger reports were taking a few hours a week to format and complete.
