Asked Questions

Klipboard has been intentionally designed and developed to be easy to use and understand. You may find it easy to get yourself setup and using Klipboard, however our training sessions present the opportunity for you to become familiar with all of the functionality.

Our expert team will guide you on best practices ensuring you have a successful implementation of Klipboard and that you confidently get started.

We conduct our training in two ways, you can either choose to have your training sessions delivered live over a Zoom call with your CSM or if you’re strapped for time we also have full length training videos which we can share with you.

Either way you will be able to chat with your Customer Success Manager and they can guide you or answer any questions you may have. In addition our support team is always on hand throughout your subscription with Klipboard.

At the beginning of your deployment we will ask you to nominate a small number of champions to attend all training sessions. These champions will then disseminate the knowledge to the rest of your team within your business. Conducting smaller, more intimate sessions means that everyone's inputs and questions can be addressed more effectively within the training sessions.

We provide multiple training sessions as part of your subscription and these are carried out across a set training period as required. Though we appreciate that we need to be flexible in fitting the sessions around your business requirements.

We have 2 mandatory training sessions on Form Building (45 minutes) and our Job Management module (60 minutes). You can then choose to have training on; Asset Management (60 minutes), Accounting (60 minutes) and our Client Portal (30 minutes).

All training sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance.

We understand that all of our customers have different requirements and time constraints with the day to day running of their business. Your Klipboard CSM is here to help you tailor and execute a deployment plan which works for you and your business, ensuring you have everything you need to make Klipboard a success.

Our subscriptions include a set number of sessions for onboarding and training. However, you can upgrade and purchase additional sessions, if this would be beneficial for your team.

All of our training is fully remote, delivered via Zoom or pre-recorded video. This is to allow us to be more flexible, making us available should you need us.

We find that our clients do not need on-site training as our champion training methodology and availability of training videos has achieved success for all of our customers to date. This methodology also ensures the least amount of interruption to your daily business ensuring our team can continue to concentrate on keeping your customers happy.

Yes we do! Our Help Center is the home to our knowledge base for Klipboard and can be accessed both from the Klipboard mobile app and web dashboard.

It contains an extensive collection of help articles, videos, and tours, all of which are diligently kept up to date by our Customer Support Team to enable guidance on setting up areas of the platform and how to use the features.
