Klipboard field service and job management software was implemented within London & Kent Air Conditioning, providing an efficient way to schedule and allocate jobs from the office to the field engineer.
They can now manage job scheduling and seamlessly allocated to an engineer's mobile app. Using our drag and drop scheduler tool, they have total insight into their scheduled jobs, team availability along with the ability to easily move jobs around if they need to react to any emergency call outs, etc.
They have greatly reduced the amount of paperwork admin by collecting everything they need with Klipboard's mobile forms, removing the need for paper and instead moving to a digital version for the servicing reports, inspections and F-Gas certificates.
The Results
Communication with their clients has dramatically improved as they now have the ability to provide their clients reports and forms that have been completed in the field in realtime, no more data entry or delays. Inspections, energy assessments, F-Gas certificates in line with the ACEA regulation standards, can all be digitally shared with the client at a click of a button.
Our scheduling features have enabled a 50% increase in efficiency in job management and allocation or resources. Engineers can access their schedules much faster and see what jobs they need to be actioning via the Klipboard mobile app and not using multiple spreadsheets and paper based forms.
