The Challenge
They needed to find a better way to manage their planned inspection, maintenance and service operations. Each climbing wall is unique to a client and the site location. The climbing wall will consist of hundreds of individual pieces of equipment that need to be managed, inspected and serviced regularly to ensure safety and compliance.
Entre-Prises required field service software that was flexible enough to accommodate the bespoke nature of their work and enable visibility of individual pieces of equipment registered at a climbing wall centre that would require periodic servicing. Another importantly consideration was an easy to use mobile app for job management in the field that also had the ability to capture comprehensive form or report data.

They have greatly reduced the amount of paperwork for climbing wall inspections by collecting everything they need with Klipboard’s mobile forms, removing the need for paper and instead moving to a digital version. This has also allowed them to created specific maintenance service sheets for each piece of equipment they service on a climbing wall.
Entre-Prises are able to easily set up Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using Klipboard. This means they never miss a client service as our planned asset service dashboard gives realtime insights. Their clients remain fully informed around any upcoming services through the use of automated asset service reminders as annual certification for their client’s assets is of the upmost importance, for safety, compliance and to maintain the minimum downtime of equipment.
