This app was built by Carmel Software who have been around the HVAC industry for around 20 years and they have specialized in engineering analysis software applications that whole time and it shows.
What you have is one of the most comprehensive heating and cooling load calculators ever put on a HVAC App. It contains information on over 1000+ city weather data bases, it allows you to build models based on 100s of construction types for walls, ceilings, roofs and floors.
On the surface it doesn’t look like much but underneath it is an ocean of data.

HYTools – Calculators
